Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic approach to health problems. Recognized by the Japanese state as a modern methodology for complementary treatment and restoration of the recipient’s balance since 1974. It is based on the An fa technique of Chinese massage (Tui na) which in turn relies on the activation of acupuncture points. It is the most popular Asian massage technique in the West.

Education Sections

Practical Study
All courses include theory and practice. Students are invited to bring a person into the classroom in order to apply the techniques on the guest.
For better assimilation of techniques, in between classes P.O.E.P organizes a practice day each week, where students can use the practice room to apply to their recipient the techniques learned in the lesson
All participants should have 1 body towel with them

Training Material
P.O.E.P has created educational material for its students in electronic form that is sent to all upon completion of education.
Also, during the educational seminars all students receive forms using the techniques they apply during the lesson.
