In this seminar the students will go through:
- Seated Massage Techniques with Pressure
- Stretching
The Seated Massage or Chair Massage or On-site Massage is applied over clothes and in a sitting position, preferably in a special chair, which places the body in a specific position. It has all the beneficial effects of a relaxing massage.
