In this Seminar, you will be taught the symptoms and categories of contusions as well as the Alternative ways to treat them.
A muscle strain is an injury resulting from trauma or overexertion of a muscle, characterized by the tearing of muscle fibers and often accompanied by internal bleeding.
In this seminar, you will learn how to recognize the symptoms and classifications of muscle strains, as well as examine a range of conventional and alternative treatment approaches.
Muscle strains can occur during active movement, most commonly at the myotendinous junction—the area where muscle and tendon meet. Alternatively, they may result from passive stretching or force, leading to tears in the muscle belly or other areas of the muscle structure.
