In this training you will be taught how to deal with the problems that this condition creates.
Epicondylitis is a common condition that causes pain in the elbow, often radiating to the forearm and upper arm. It is characterized by inflammation of the tendons of the forearm muscles that attach to the elbow. The inflammation may affect either the outer part of the elbow (lateral epicondylitis or “tennis elbow”) or the inner part (medial epicondylitis or “golfer’s elbow”), with pain often radiating down the forearm toward the wrist.
