In the seminars that are part of the field of Nutrition, our students are taught the physiology of each disease, its causes and symptoms, the ways to deal with it as well as the natural supplements that help relieve patients.
It is an autoimmune disorder, which affects the small intestine and presents reactions to the intake of gluten. The condition creates irritation and destruction of the mucous membrane of the small intestine, while the nutritional way of dealing with it is the preparation of a gluten-free diet.
