Alternative Therapist

The Alternative Therapist specialization provides comprehensive training in modern relaxation, wellness, and holistic face and body care techniques. Through a strongly hands-on program, students are introduced to a variety of approaches that can be incorporated into contemporary wellness, spa, and personal care services, while developing the knowledge and practical skills required for their professional growth.

The specialization is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in the field of wellness and alternative therapies, as well as for professionals who want to expand their services with new relaxation and care techniques. The training focuses on the correct application of each technique, the personalization of the client experience, and the creation of well-rounded wellness services.

Practical Study

All courses include theory and practice. Students are asked, if they are able, to bring a person as a receptor in order to apply on them the techniques that will be taught.

For better assimilation of the techniques, P.O.E.P. organizes a practice day each week, in between classes, where students can use the practice room to apply the techniques they’ve learned in the previous course, to their receptor.

Training Material

P.O.E.P has created educational material for its students in electronic form that is sent to all upon completion of education.

Also, during the educational seminars all students receive forms using the techniques they apply during the lesson.

Certifications

Η πιστοποίηση της ειδικότητας παρέχεται από τον διεθνή Οργανισμό Εναλλακτικής Ιατρικής - Ι.Α.Μ.Α. (www.joiniama.org) κατόπιν εξετάσεων που περιλαμβάνουν ερωτήσεις ανάπτυξης καθώς και πρακτική εξέταση.

Terms of participation

In order to attend training, you must pre-register by phone & up to 2 days before the start date of the course to pay the necessary deposit to make the reservation.
